Guys, Dean was asking internally what we thought of this USA Bird of Prey; whether we liked the gold or the back hardware. The pictures are pretty killer regardless, so we got permission to post them for you guys...

i'd say black hardware with EMG's myself, i thought of doing green and gold as well, but the gold seems to take away from the main focus...the green flame....

Aye I'd be tempted to say black... How about silver though? That might not deduct as much from the flame... I do have a thing for silver hardware... mmm

I think black kind of lends a darkness to the edges of the guitar that are kind of ominous in a way. But oh so sexy!

LOL Renz They both have thier place. On the green I like them both. Would however love to see black hardware on the Venom.

They are both absolutely gorgeous! However, for the Bird of Prey, I'm going to go with black. For the Venom, I'm digging the red flame and the gold hardware. It looks a bit like lava to me. I cannot wait to see more of these!

Definitely the black. The gold if fine but you need to lose the over-the-top Gibsonesque gold Les Paul looking pickup covers. To do the gold right, you would need all gold hardware but leave the pickups alone, maybe gold pickup surrounds or just gold poles on the pickups(if they aren't EMG's).

I keep going back and liking the gold. It just brings the top out better. Tell you what, make one with Gold and black hardware, ship it to me and I'll tell you LOL..
