Full Version: whats the diffrence between Venom VN and Venom VN-GX?

i was looking at both and the specs look near identical so whats the extra E60 on ?

The only difference is that the GX stands for graphics models. So basically 799USD for matte black and red and 879USD for the graphic finish.

but on the first line page it says

for the VN

then for the VN-GX

I see man. I believe they just got it wrong because I checked the official pricelist and it says that the VN does not come in these finishes. Unless the official pricelist is wrong. But that just seems logical to me.

yeh but with type 3( i think) .. the W headstock.... and i wouldnt dare touch a DBZ with a hacksaw ...

Idk since the transparent red finish is just a graphic you don't get any of the positive tonal properties of the real thing so it doesnt matter unless your going USA.

nope , no USA for me .. USA's are only for rich people that can afford to spend 4G on a guitar :D

GX are the graphic models...
We are actually coming out with BOP II and Venom II.
They will have DBZ pickups, Gloss black finishes (BOP and VENOM are Matte Black) and white with gold hardware.
They will be slightly less expensive as well.

I want to see that!
But can anyone (DBZ, Music Farm, players, ...) give us an example on how different those PU's sound?
Like, a BoP with the current PU's, and then with DBZ PU's.
