Hey all

I've been asked to join a couple of guys to a concert by Motorhead.
Thing is, I'd really like to go, but I want to know a couple of good songs of them...

See, I only know The Ace of Spades
Anyone here who saw them live?
And what kinda songs were they playing?

Is it the upcoming concert in Vorst?
I was gonna go but deceided I already have enough concerts the next few months.

I saw them half a year ago in the AB and a few years ago at Graspop.

Definately check out their latest album 'Motorizer'. It's their best in many years imo.
For the rest, if you're not very xp'd with Motorhead, just buy one of their 'Best Of' albums and you're set. They usually play: Bomber, Overkill, Killed by Death, No class, Iron fist,....

I really liked the album 'March or die', it was the first Motorhead album I bought, but that one is an acquired taste...

Ya motorhead is a pretty awesome band. Pretty easy to get into compared to alot of other metal bands. I doubt you would be able to go and not find atleast a few songs you enjoy.

Motorhead could easily be the best hard rock trio ever. You don't need to know any of the songs either as they only have 2 settings (accoring to singer/bassist Lemmy) which is 'punk song' and 'rock song'. Just awesome.

When are you going? Do you know who else is playing?

It's in Belgium, in Vorst (Forest National, which is a terrible translation, for "Forest" being "bos" and "Vorst" has means "King" or when it's really cold outside, bon, doesn't matter)
It's only Motorhead, a 1h20 show for 39€ if I'm correct.
