Wanted: Shop manager (possibly shop personnel). Requirements: for a the manager position, you must have guitar production line experience and we strongly prefer those with CNC programming/operation experience and experience with MasterCam, CAD, Solidworks or the like. Personnel only positions require experience in a guitar production line. We are, at this time, only looking for those with real experience in a real production setting. Damn, Dean. I wish I had known you were doing this. I just moved to north Idaho in June of '07 from the Lakemoor/McHenry area. I have Mastercam experience, some Solidworks (self-trained), and about 9 years of CNC program, setup, and operation. I have production experience, but not with guitars. I used to work at Quarter Master in Lake Zurich making race car parts. I would have applied quicker than you could say........ well, pretty quick.

Maybe if I end up back in the area again, I'll check you guys out. I'm glad you're doing this. You deserve to have this work out for you. Good luck!
