Wanted: Shop manager (possibly shop personnel). Requirements: for a the manager position, you must have guitar production line experience and we strongly prefer those with CNC programming/operation experience and experience with MasterCam, CAD, Solidworks or the like. Personnel only positions require experience in a guitar production line. We are, at this time, only looking for those with real experience in a real production setting. Those with guitar building experience but without production experience will be considered soon, but not presently. PLEASE DO NOT SEND RESUMES OR INQUIRIES IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA. Damn, Dean. I wish I had known you were doing this. I just moved to north Idaho in June of '07 from the Lakemoor/McHenry area. I have Mastercam experience, some Solidworks (self-trained), and about 9 years of CNC program, setup, and operation. I have production experience, but not with guitars. I used to work at Quarter Master in Lake Zurich making race car parts. I would have applied quicker than you could say........ well, pretty quick.

Maybe if I end up back in the area again, I'll check you guys out. I'm glad you're doing this. You deserve to have this work out for you. Good luck!
