Two years ago I ordered some motorcycle gear worth about $3000. I hadn't paid for it, so there was probably some sort of value/bill attached to the package, and it was marked MonsterBike.. So some a**hole at a local postoffice here in Norway probably thought: " Ahh $3000 worth of motorcycle-gear" and took the package home after work. This is just my guess... Anyways, it never turned up...

Sooo.. Now it's been 7 days since my Radioactive BOP left LAX on international dispatch ( using U.S.P.S international express mail ), and the package still haven't arrived here in Norway. I called the Norwegian postal service, but they couldn't help me track it since it's not in the country yet. And USPS haven't answered the e-mail I sent them 2 days ago. Im still hoping it will turn up, but I've never heard of a 7 day-flight before, unless they shipped it with a hotair-ballon..

The guitar is allready paid for, but its insured so Im not worried about the money. But it's f@kking irritating when these things happen. Maybe I'll just have to wait for the next shipment from China after all...

Couple things to factor into the equation. The USPS is slowwwwww and everything they do is done in business days (weekends not included), needless to say they tug. It's probably sitting at the customs office awaiting inspection. (Read: some inspector is probably doing a youtube BOP review with your guitar) HAHA

Yeah customs usually takes about a week over here. But according to the tracking-number an the norwegian postal-service, it hasn't gotten to the customs yet... Not been registered anywhere since it left LA a week ago...

I sent a USA musicman Sub 1 to someone in the netherlands recently. It took 6 weeks because they took the cheapest option. I'm guessing usps express is by air. If it is by boat then your looking at 6-8 weeks(with customs).
