I love my axe,matte black standard hardware, but would love gold hardware(floyd,locknut,knobs,tuners). My question is , is it possible to trade up,purchase parts,authorized DBZ dealer to swap the parts ,and of course cost. Lookin to make mine 1 of a kind, if possible thanks,biggest fan, Eric Nelson
I don't really think you can get them from DBZ...maybe you can! But if not, check out guitar parts depot. They've got pretty much everything you need. I think a matte black Bird would look absolutely killer with gold hardware!
We are an Allparts dealer and could save you 20% to 25% on upgrade parts over buying direct. We have access to anything in their catalog with pretty short lead times.
