Acoustic Guitar
The acoustic series is a great addition to the DBZ • Diamond line. Like the electric guitars, the acoustics are built for sound and look. With stunning woods and both traditional and modern finishes, you can express your individuality in the acoustics as much as the electrics. Many of the models come with built-in Fishman electronics making the guitars as ready for the stage as they are the studio.
CA Series - Stunning Flame Maple looks with the Flame Maple top, back and sides(CA21EFM) as well as the equally stunning Quilt Maple(CA21EQM) version, the CA Class is both hot to look at and versatile. Not only a series of gorgeous transparent finishes, the Fishman electronics and cutaway make it both play and sound great in any situation.
A Class - Fantastic stage guitar. Black/white look with pearl finishes, multi-layered binding and matching headstocks really make the CA Class stand out. Fishman electronics, Mahogany body and neck with a Spruce top make it sound even better.
T- Class - Simple, effective and fabulous traditional looks, the T Class provides a Traditional Concert Auditorium shape in a Spruce Top with Mahogany back and sides for a solid tone and resonance. Accented with Herringbone binding. Satin Natural(T21S) and Solid(T21F) color finishes available.
D Class F - Built off a tried and true Dreadnought shape, the D Class F is made from a Mahogany back and sides with a Spruce top for a traditional acoustic sound. Accented with Herringbone binding. Variety of transparent and solid finishes.
D Class M - Also built from a tried and true Dreadnought shape, the D Class M is made from a Mahogany back and sides with a Mahogany top for a traditional acoustic sound and rich look. Accented with Herringbone binding. Satin Natural finish.
D Class S - Last but not least for 2012, and also created with the equally classic Dreadnought shape, the D Class S is made with Mahogany back and sides and a Spruce top for a traditional acoustic sound. The D Class S is also accented with Herringbone binding. Satin Natural finish.
Previous DBZ Guitars models include four body styles of acoustic guitars including a Dreadnaught (Verona DM, DFM), a Dreadnaught with cutaway (Verona DCM, DCFM) and the single cutaway, Tuscan, a slightly smaller body style with built-in electronics, and the DBZ Montini (a parlor guitar) whose large sound will surprise you. All Montini, Verona and Tuscan acoustics come standard with Tusq® (man-made ivory) nuts and saddles offering the best tone. The Verona DCM and Tuscan come with B-Band® A3T preamp and 22R pickups and built-in electronic tuners, and feature Hi and Lo impedance input jacks, making these extremely versatile acoustic/electric guitars. Multiple wood choices are available, including solid cedar, solid spruce and flame maple tops. Fingerboards and bridges are selected rosewood. DBZ acoustic bodies are bound with either 5-ply binding, herringbone purfling or antique white abalone purfling. Rosettes are either custom Z pearl rosewood, or custom Z pearl. The Montini features a tortoise pickguard. Tuscan and Verona models come with Grover® tuners; the Montini comes with slotted peghead style. Finishes for DBZ acoustics include black, metallic black, metallic white, natural, honey burst, trans-red, tobacco sunburst and violin burst. DBZ acoustics offer the feel, playability, look, and sound that guitar players aspire to.
