DBZ Guitars Launches ‘The DBZ Experience’
Chicago, IL July 27, 2010 –DBZ Guitars launches their new interactive website, “The DBZ Experience” and it is live as of this morning at http://www.dbzguitars.com/experience.
Viewers should click the full screen option in the lower right corner for the full experience.
"The DBZ Experience" is inspired by technology used in the movie industry to create a site of epic proportions. Through full screen imagery, users get an “in your face” look at every detail of a DBZ Guitar. Web visitors are greeted with near-life-like shots of beautifully lit DBZ guitars while ambient music streams from the interactive audio player. Full screen & Hide Menu options are available to create a screen saver of DBZ eye candy or users can navigate further to view the entire collection of DBZ Guitars. Each guitar within the DBZ catalog is showcased supersized, forcing users to mouse around for an extreme view of all the intricacies of the instrument. "The DBZ Experience" gives users the sense of having the instruments right there in front of them.
"Whenever I am with an artist or have visitors to the factory, they are always awestruck when they actually get to see & feel the guitars…mostly due to our unique carving and custom engraving…we want to give our web audience that same DBZ experience" says Dean B. Zelinsky, CEO and founder of DBZ Guitars.
In addition to the advanced graphics, the new site also features easy and intuitive navigation. Users can view specs, search and find dealers online, and even opt for a slideshow look at the instruments. Access to the companies’ interactive forum and social media network is clearly accessible though icons at bottom of the page or via a drop down menu.

DBZ Guitars Awarded "Best In Show" at 2010 Summer NAMM
Chicago, IL June 29, 2010 – DBZ Guitars wins Best in Show Award at this year’s National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) trade show held in Nashville, TN.
"We are honored. It is very rewarding to be able to build guitars to the level of quality I expect from an instrument again. It’s even more rewarding to give the industry instruments they are so satisfied with. I wanted to take guitar building out of the dark ages and deliver guitars that players would get excited about", says Dean B. Zelinsky, CEO of DBZ Guitars. "Watching their excitement makes it all worthwhile," Zelinsky continued.
Legendary guitar designer Dean B. Zelinsky well earned his reputation of taking guitar making to the next level. In 2008, Zelinsky severed ties from his previous company and established DBZ Guitars, which was a continuation of his pursuit to doing just that.
The Best In Show award is based on a six panelist group in the musical instrument business. Each of whom represent single store operations, small to mid size chains and one of the industry’s top trade magazines, Music Inc. The six individuals are selected each year and remain anonymous during the show insuring a fresh perspective.
Brian Reardon was one of the panelists chosen this year. He owns Monster Music in Levittown, New York and had this to say about the DBZ line: "Modern computer technology is combined with arguably the trade’s most imaginative guitar builder, Dean B. Zelinsky, the founder of Dean Guitars. Watch out! The carvings on these guitars would have been an impossibility in an earlier time. Zelinsky seems to have a knack for intuiting what the public will want to buy before they want to buy it. The Imperial is like nothing you have ever seen before and, with its wafer-thin body, begs the question why no one had thought of it before."

Win a DBZ Guitars USA Croc Skin Bolero - Retail Value $6220!
Chicago, IL – May 20th, 2009 – DBZ Guitars & Premier Guitar are offering you a chance to win a 2009 DBZ Guitars USA Croc Skin Bolero. This exquisite USA masterpiece will be hand signed by Dean B. Zelinsky.
There's no pattern in nature more rock n' roll than crocodile skin, and DBZ's Croc Skin Bolero is the first guitar in the world to wear it proudly without harming any animals. While the Croc Skin Bolero's curvaceous body looks like it has been covered in real reptile skin, the finish is actually a never-before-seen textured maple top, produced using proprietary DBZ technologies. Of course, the Croc Skin Bolero is more than just looks; it's made to play. A thick cut maple top gives the Croc Skin Bolero a distinct, brighter personality, and the custom-voiced DBZ pickups have been painstakingly tailored to compliment its unique body while providing a ferocious tonal palette. A custom designed and engraved DBZ tailpiece made of lightweight alloys adds to the guitar's already incredible sustain, while the slick mahogany neck gives players a fast stable platform to express themselves on.

Guitar Icon Dean Zelinsky Launches DBZGuitars.com
|
CHICAGO, IL – January 8, 2009 – DBZ Guitars, Inc. founders Dean Zelinsky and Jeff Diamant announced today the official launch of their debut Web site, DBZGuitars.com. Zelinsky, who also founded and eventually sold Dean Guitars, is taking a decidedly more sophisticated direction with his 2009 guitar designs, while still evoking those edgy, sexy Zelinsky style cues for which he has been world-renowned for more than 30 years. The site premieres Zelinsky’s roughly 68 new guitar models – electrics and acoustics, imports and USA-made guitars produced in DBZ Guitars’ new Chicago area facility –with street prices ranging from $350 to $6,000.
Highlights of the new DBZ line are the Cavallo V, with lines and carves clearly inspired by Ferrari, the DBZ Croc Skin Bolero, the first guitar ever to obtain the look and feel of crocodile skin, and the Imperial, with a super-thin body design which Zelinsky claims to be an "acoustically perfect" solid body electric guitar.
DBZGuitars.com will link to an equally important DBZ Site, "The Dark Side of Dean," which exclusively caters to the heavy metal fans who value Zelinsky’s craftsmanship, and will be debuting 21 new guitar designs. Zelinsky stated that this will be an exclusive club. The Dark Side of Dean will be password protected, and only die-hard Dean Zelinsky fans will be admitted. Clues to unlock the mystery of the Dark Side will be located on the DBZGuitars.com site as well as various internet sites. The Dark Side will also host its own DBZ Dark Side guitars forum.
Zelinsky, along with co-founder Jeff Diamant, launched DBZ Guitars August 26, 2008. Diamant, who founded Diamond Amplification, and Zelinsky will be hosting the DBZ/Diamond Booth #3290, Hall D at the NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA on January 15, 2009.
About Dean B. Zelinsky:
Since 1976, Dean B. Zelinsky has been legendary for pioneering the custom high-end guitar market, and creating stage-worthy electric instruments exceeding professional players’ expectations. His innovative designs have been embraced by rock and roll's top artists spanning three decades. The spinning fur ZZ Top guitars made music video history in the ’80s along with the "ML" design, which became as much of a part of "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott as his crushing riffs and gregarious persona, and remain a heavy metal standard today.
The roster of world-class guitarists who have relied on Dean’s craftsmanship and creativity include the following: "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott (Pantera, DamagePlan), Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), Leslie West (Mountain), Michael Schenker, Billy Gibbons and Dusty Hill (ZZ Top), Trent Rezner (Nine Inch Nails), Jerry Cantrell, Elliot Easton and Rik Ocasek (The Cars), Rik Emmett (Triumph), Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, Sammy Hagar, Kerry Livgren (Kansas), the Doobie Brothers, Nancy Wilson (Heart) and many more.
About Diamond Amplification:
Led by President/CEO Jeff Diamant and co-designer/engineer Martin Golub (formerly of Bob Bradshaw’s Custom Audio Electronics), Diamond Amplification focuses on a minimal number of lines, ensuring the highest quality for each of its products. The Texas-based company has five products on the market: Spec Op, Nitrox, Phantom, Spitfire (I and II) and The MAC-2. Diamond Amps’ roster of endorsees includes Clint Lowery (Sevendust), Al Anderson and Junior Marvin (The Wailers), Keri Kelli (Alice Cooper), Jason Krause (Kid Rock), Wayne Swinny (Saliva), Jonathan Montoya (Saliva), Virus (Dope), Nathan Connolly (Snow Patrol), John Corabi and many more.
